功能描述：
此样例演示了TIM1和TIM3同步触发（复位触发模式）功能，TIM1作为主机，配置复位TRGO
输出(TIM1_CR2.MMS=000)，TIM3作为从机并且使能事件更新中断，配置收到主机的TRGO信
号后复位(TIM3_SMCR.SMS=100)。循环打印TIM3计数值。

Function descriptions:
This sample demonstrates the synchronous trigger feature (reset trigger mode) 
of TIM1 and TIM3. TIM1 is configured as the master and set as a reset trigger 
output (TIM1_CR2.MMS=000). TIM3 is configured as the slave and enables the 
update event interrupt. It is set to reset when receiving the reset trigger 
signal from the master (TIM3_SMCR.SMS=100). The program continuously prints 
the value of TIM3's counter.

使用步骤：
1. 编译下载程序并运行；
2. 查看串口打印TIM3的计数值，TIM3计数值永远小于3999（即TIM1的重装载值）。

Example execution steps:
1.Compile and download the program.
2.Check the serial port to print the TIM3 count value, which is always less 
than 3999 (i.e., the reload value of TIM1).

注意事项：
如果需要使用按键:
StartKit版本为V2.0以下,需将StartKit.h中的StartKitVersion 2 注释掉，并打开
StartKitVersion 1
StartKit版本为V2.0及以上版本,则无需操作
通过USB转TTL模块连接PC与STK板,STK板与USB转TTL模块的连线方式如下；

UART配置为波特率115200，数据位8，停止位1，校验位None

Notes:
If you need to use buttons:
StartKit version is below V2.0, you need to comment StartKitVersion 2 in
StartKit.h, and open StartKitVersion 1 
StartKit version is V2.0 and above, no operation is required
Connect the PC to the STK board through the USB to TTL module, and the connection
method between the STK board and the USB to TTL module is as follows:
